Tidied the garden which meant a lot of digging and planting and the removal of a camellia. Then I went for a run (shock! horror!). Short and hard work but I have to start (again) somewhere. Seems my strength work might have given me the confidence to get back out there but it’s not improved my fitness as much as I’d hoped.
