Morning, sorry to hear you don’t feel well Dio.

I took a long lie today purely because I was awake a good bit of the night. This bloody cough is seriously doing my head in again. I’m sore all over with the constant coughing. Never mind I could be worse.

Nice day here again so really should make the most of it.

I'm hoping that all is ok with them, @geordiegirl .

Have been out for a walk along the coast. Managed to get back to the hotel just as the rain started. Have had pizza for lunch in the snack bar. Looks like the rain has stopped for now.

Asleep and snoring is the safest way for someone to be when they're trundling along on a low cardiac output.

I've bought some cinema tickets. Counting on being non-infectious by Sunday.
