Think it’s either a big or a reaction to the jabs I had on Wednesday. I knew I wasn’t feeling right yesterday, I had no appetite and I was falling asleep at the drop of a hat, even at work.

Epic fail this morning plan to be up and out for long run early cup of tea given to me just before 8 rework at 8.46…. I figure I’m not going to impact fitness but I can impact the rest & recovery needed from previous couple of months. Tea & toast. Oh and I forgot to pack any running tops! 🤯 I’ll go to mountain warehouse on the way out.
