Had a long sit down when I got back then as I was about to start doing stuff and lunch my friend phoned up for a long chat so just finishing lunch now.

Boots pharmacist this morning recommended an antiseptic mouthwash they didn’t have it in stock & said to try the one in town. So called in they said oh cortisol (which turned out to be the common name for it) so £6 later leave and pop across to B&M’s. They sell it for £4.89! And a un-named brand for £1.75. As long as it works!

Numbs it lovely. They gave my mam Anbesol it’s a stronger thing than Bonjela in a liquid form I’m using that as well. I’m not patient waiting to be fixed. I’m on salted water, corsidol & Anbesol I will rid these! 1m walk packed for boat and back on sofa shattered.
