I did A Lot of weeding but accompanied it with Paralympics on my iPad and feel glad to have done it. Weather was just right - not too hot and not too cold

Pizza seems to have become a Thursday thing

Given I’m retired I should do a @geordiegirl and make my own but I don’t as it’s just us so not worth the effort of making dough!

Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner here. Mr Ness and I were hungry so we ate earlier than usual. Now on sofa with a glass of Rioja.

Pizza dough is rather therapeutic but just for 2 of you it’s a lot of work. You can buy ready made pizza dough which is pretty good according to my brother who has a pizza oven but doesn’t make dough.

And if it’s a good pizza that’s all you need. We like Asda pizza and still have them the pizza oven is only when we have people round. Hopefully without Covid as a unwelcome guest in future

Invites sent out for mam’s 80th gathering. Now to organise a(nother) party!

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
