Just responding to an email from our HR lady regarding flu jabs, last year I got a voucher for the jab and couldn't use it as there were no pharmacies within 40 miles taking part, a few were listed but weren't doing any.

Usual mid morning sandwich ready for weight training. Also found some of the items from the Chester marathon goody bag that I haven't got round to eating yet. Had the chunky kitkat because it was very small!

Brought the bin round to the back door when I came back from my run because it had been emptied.
Arriving back just before midday to discover that my Chia Charge bars are being delivered between midday and 1pm was a small win
