The council threw out the normal huts on the upper level and squashed them in on the prom to erect the fancy ones which they rent out and you can stay in them. They have all facilities inside. They're going to put some more in further long the prom soon. In the mean time, they don't fix up the toilets that were burnt a couple of years ago, or repair the East Cliff lift after the cliff fall about 5 years ago. Etc. etc......
