Very choppy paddle. Would like a nap but need to make it through to bedtime and want to ride my new bike.
Tis the Night Before Starting Secondary School and all through the house are the sounds of procrastination.

um, I think the typhoon kicked it off yesterday. It's closing the show today at 5.30. It's what I really wanted to see but I wasn't going to hang about for it. I also saw the Red Arrows parked up at the airport this morning as well as the chinook helicopter. Actually I think I can hear that flying around now.

I still want a nap but will push on through to bed time. I was going to finally finish the kitchen tiling but discovered my Dad didn’t leave a crucial piece of kit.

I was out in the garden this afternoon when a spitfire did a couple of passes over the village We're about 10 miles from where "The Victory Show" is taking place this weekend, and I suspect the reservoir that just behind us makes a useful navigational aid for planes from the event.

That does sound interesting. A few weeks ago a couple of Chinook helicopters passed by this way on their way to training exercises in Snowdonia. It was a very distinctive and quite loud sound as they passed overhead.
