What: 5k walk and stretches
Why: I need to get out of the house once a day or I'm ill!
Last hard: yesterday
Last rest: Saturday

Felt suspiciously weird not to feel a thing today from yesterday's long run, until I came back from my walk. At least now I'm back to my familiar not-quite-painful heel so all is well again with the world. (If only...)

Last hard - Sunday
