I've been sent a link to the Mindset and Menopause session, or part of it. I should watch it really, shouldn't I?

"I didn't really like the HRT feeling. I've always been someone who sits between natural and conventional medicine and working with mindset and practical shifts as well".
I think I might be out at this point....

Oh for goodness sake - I imagine she thinks the pain of childbirth is all in our heads as well.

I fear that may be so. I felt like I couldn't really criticise without seeing what she had to say, but not sure I want to expend the time.

For (possible) interest re: taking continual oestrogen and variable progesterone for HRT. I live in Norway, and my prescription consists of oestrogen delivering patches, and synthetic progesterone tablets (Primolut-N 5mg) taken daily for 2 weeks at the start of a 12 week block, so 14 days on then 10 weeks off. Quite different to NHS protocols. So presumably there is no definitive research for what protocol gives best benefit vs risk ratio 🤷🏻♀️
