Pretty sure that hydrogen is one thing that water isn't missing. Otherwise it'd just be oxygen.

Isn't water with extra hydrogen just hydrogen peroxide?

I wouldn't recommend drinking that.

Have we had a similar product recently, or am I imagining things?

I think peroxide has less hydrogen than water. Call me ultra traditional and stuck in my ways, but I reckon the proportion of hydrogen to oxygen in ordinary water is fine
