Potternewton will be lots of laps I guess?

Run there from work regularly but it's a figure of 8 to make up a mile...

nsc - spotted this 1.42km lap at Potternewton - so would/could be less than the 4 laps we have at Bramley: runleeds.co.uk

multiterrainer there was definitely a Facebook page for an Otley Chevin/Forest parkrun in 2010. There were a lot fewer parkruns then and Facebook pages were not as tightly controlled by parkrun HQ as they are now. I remember it excited some interest, had a fair number of likes and seemed all ready to do, but for some reason didn't.

If my maths is right, and Chevin Forest, Potternewton Park, Middleton Park and Rothwell were all to go ahead, there would be 10 parkruns to choose from in Leeds, thanks to its rather wide-ranging boundary.

Definitely not a run Sunday event. A couple of different groups gave been involved over the years vis a vis an Otley Chevin parkrun.

mole_thing/Jovi - I'm guessing the Chevin parkruns back in 2010 passed me by in one of my running lull periods, so interesting to see it was mooted so far back.
