I'll also be avoiding cramming into the school hall, but that's just a side benefit of not being able to stand listening to Marc's "humour". RHR had never been a good indicator for me on any of my doses of the plague.

I'm fairly happy that I have made the right decision not to go; we just had too many injuries and not enough training. And at least I got to do Coniston to Keswick in the daylight a couple of weeks ago. No more (organised) ultras for me! Probably. Enjoy the journey.
