Fragile Do Not Bend
What’s an inch worm (apart from something that measures marigolds)?

I thought it might be something you do on your tummy. :)

I can feel my bum and glutes today. :)

Wow HB brilliant and for the record I detest inchworms!

Sharkie it's my original PT I do still see the other guy for bootcamp sessions though.

I had an awesome PT session tonight can't believe how much stronger I am! Everything except my sumo squats felt stronger/easier! This was also after bootcamp 24 hours earlier doing squats to 'bring Sally up' (probably why sumo squats weren't as good lol) I aced my way through decline pull ups so happy πŸ˜€

Think that machine is broken at my gym just now Duracell! I have just discovered I can use my pull-up band properly, if I start off on top of a box (otherwise I can't get my foot high enough to get in the loop!). Also got my bench press up to 37.5kg last night :)

My PT is off for 2 weeks over Christmas and no bootcamp classes either so I maybe forced into my 'gym membership' I need to investigate this assisted pull up machine. My decline pull ups are nearly hitting the spot now and I don't want to stop for 2 weeks.
Well done on the bench press up idle winder πŸ˜€

Just done my last PT session of the year. He's working next week but I'm going away for a few days. Second time of deadlifts with him and I managed 3 x 10 x 25kg so I'm quite happy with that.

And in case you're wondering about that title, well, I like alliteration and one can be too po-faced about the use of girl/lady/woman.

Here's a strength standards for women thing Duracel found for us
