My session will become busy in an hour, or before, if there are any emergencies.

I won't particularly mind. If it gets really busy I'll stick an extra £50 on the invoice and spend the portion that doesn't belong to HMRC on two skeins of Laughing Yaffle ;)

The Scribbler
Oh yes - I'm enraveled with the same name as on here :-). Haven't done anything with it yet as I have a race and a holiday coming up, but I will hopefully use it for inspiration and pattern searching.

thanks V but I'll give it a go with the merino - he wants it under his cycle helmet in the snow and it will be lovely and soft
hope my session will include some knitting or Fetching - can't believe I agreed to work a 4:30 - 7 surgery.
Think I must be charging slightly too much though as I'm getting lots of positive feedback but repeat bookings are thin

I wonder whether I'm inadvertently undercutting my locum colleagues, but suspect that there's just more than enough locum work to go round.

Ooh, nice, Fraggle :)

I'm still determined to knit some cycling armwarmers that extend into fingerless gloves. That would be an ideal pattern - the cable-rib design would help them not to roll down :)

First, though, I have two projects to finish, one to make a decision on, and a commission :)

It's a Secret Assignment, RD! It'll be quite fiddly but a great deal of fun, and the Fetch Ravelry group will be the first people (apart from eL Bee! and the wee-raptors, of course) to see the finished item.

I am assuming I've got an open brief for it ... ;)
