ooooh lovely throw, garfield! :)

sooooo annoying, hb!

i've just spent an hour looking for a pattern for lacy fingerless gloves that i've used before and is really quick & easy but effective and can't find it! i've now texted a friend to see if it was her pattern or if she's borrowed mine. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!! it would have been perfect for my nicki yarn!

HellsBells, if you would like to return the merino or use it for something else, I can send you some Pingouin DK in black which is a decent wool mix and will stand up to the Ninja exploits of small boys.

Meglet, you are bad. You have stuck pretty pictures of crochet things in front of my nose on Ravelry and I'm going to have to get some crochet poles and teach myself :)

Just getting my own back for you lot showing me Ravelry (which my iPad wants to change to revelry). ;)

I'm amazed at how knitting and crochet have progressed since I last looked, there are some seriously funky patterns around.
