I have finally decided what to make with the lovely yarn which was part of my FSS gift - I'm going to crochet a virus shawl. With two skeins I reckon it'll be lovely and big :-)

I really need to start doing something with my huge stash (mainly sock yarn) as I know I won't sell it (too lazy! 🤣) so might as well use it!

I think there are a few - this is what I'm going to do: ravelry.com . No idea why it's called virus!

Not desperately reminiscent of beer, moules frites or the ability to function without a government but I like it...

Advice please!

This is now just over 2 years old

The fabric is wearing through in places. What’s the cheapest way to revamp?
RIP off current fabric and tack on new? Should I glue too? Would pva work?

Thank you!
