That’s pretty, is it sparkly as well?

Those multicoloured skeins can be tricky. Socks might work, or a hitchhiker. I quite fancy using a multi with a plain for a stained glass effect but not looked for the right pattern yet.

Raptors Claws are coming to town
I'll have it if you don't want it, Pix ;) And I'll be interested to see how it knits up. I have a skein (or two) that looks like the white twin of that one. "Hat and fingerless gloves" springs to my mind as a good option for showcasing the lovely yarn without having to use complex techniques or ending up with a useless flat thing.

DaVinci cowl looks interesting

Is it easy?
Gloves and hat would work?

I have several single special skeins I bought as I loved!!

I also have 24 mini skeins from last Christmas that I’ve not used!!

I have a book of single skein patterns. Though I don’t think I’ve ever used it.

I find the Ravelry pages quite good to look through the projects people have made with a specific pattern and see which sort of colourways it suits

You might need to open the skein to see whether it would work in a planned pooling project like the DaVinci cowl, Pix. It would have to have a repetitive dye pattern.

Or find the yarn on Ravelry and see what other people have done with the same colourway. (I had a quick squizz for yours but couldn't find any completed projects.)

Here is my latest project. Pic of me, wife and kids. Got the idea on Pinterest. Someone had done silhouettes and I thought their idea could be adapted to my wood burning. Wife loved it as part of her Xmas gifts.
