Getting over 30 people turn up for their first C25K session even though it was very very cold. They all did fantastic on their first week.

My big one today was seeing Ellie on her walk looking more springy than I’d have hoped last night. She’s not 100% but 100% better than last night.

Oh and I submitted a job application and I’m super joyous about that!

It was a really beautiful day today; dry, sunny, not too much wind. Cold as a Tory's heart, of course, but apart from that, beautiful.
Two good floaty bird sightings on the way to and from work, and a truly gorgeous sunset.
