Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Is that just on your phone Craggy? I've not had that doing it on my laptop.

Just had a quick look on the iPhone ErgData app logbook. THere's a button at the top of the training entry which allows you to send/share the training entry. If you click on that it gives you a range of options, one of which is to save to a file. I'd bet that you can then upload it to Fetch from that file. If you're not on an iphone I've no idea but I'd guess there's some similar form of functonality on there.

That's great thank you Nellers, strangely that button doesn't show when I access the Ergdata logbook via my browser, but when I view logbook via the Ergdata app it is there, and from there I can share to Google and then the files are available to download 👌

Hadn't thought about doing it on my laptop - I'd forgotten I even had a laptop 🤣

Mojo appears to have returned after taking a slightly longer holiday than I did.

I've done a TR (4 x 2 min @ r28), a UT1 (3 x 10 min @ r20) and tonight an AT session (3 x 7 min @ r26) and all went fairly well.

Feeling like shaving a little bit off each of the splits on my 2km on Saturday is probably viable and then see how quick a finish I can throw in.

How are your plans looking for the weekend Jef? Anyone else planning a 2k?

This was yesterdays row. I’ve been using 4 x 1km intervals as a predictor for some years now.

I used to be able to do a 2km at 4 x 1km -1

Nowadays I suspect it will be just parity so…

7:37 possibly ?

Sounds like a good pace plan, mate. I haven't really worked out any predictive sessions. I Mainly just guesstimate and keep my fingers crossed.

Over the years I’ve always liked predictor sessions. 8 x 500 was usually accurate too.

The problem is that what was accurate when I was racing aged 45 may have slipped somewhat now at 60 🫢😑

Guesstimate may be the way to go !

Well that sucked giant donkey balls while I was rowing but it did the trick and I got (just) under 7:20 so I guess that’s a successful test.😁
