I sometimes find the last bit of a tcx file doesn't come through properly Rog. The one tonight counted a 2km recovery between my actual recovery and last rep rather than missing one tonight though. That sounds like an interesting session you've done there mate.

Another 3 fan night in The Shed. 8 x 2km/1500m recoveries. The efforts were 7:46.6, 7:44., 7:45.1 and a fast one last one in 7:39.9. Very pleased with how quickly I've been able to manage these paces after a period of just base and a bit of a break. Still not convinced I'll be race ready the virtual champs at month end though.

And I paid for that this morning with a very slow and laborious 10k where I couldn't get any power from my legs and I rated at 19 for a pace I often drop to 17 for.

Recovery is good.

I'm tempted by the Solstice on Saturday but not 13.1 in one go! Thinking I might do it in three but haven't decided whether to split it evenly or into two short and one longer.

Well almost recovery tomorrow. That's tempo intervals so 4 x 3km with short recoveries, which also hits the Juneteenth target and ups Concept2's contributions to the #BLM causes they're donating to, which I'm all for.

Saturday was meant to be a bike ride AM then sofa and football PM. Don't think I fancy a Half as well but I might switch the bike ride to Sunday morning.

Maybe.

But not likely.

Juneteenth done after a short (shopping) bike ride as warm up. Though I didn't actually join the challenge until after I'd done the row...I wonder if it'll count.

Well done SK.

I did a little run this morning but I've got a row planned after I finish work so I'll tick it off then.

How's everyone else doing?

I’ve been following the beginner Pete Plan for a while now, but did a half marathon this morning for the solstice challenge - pleased with 1.46.29
