Might be quiet for a week or so, have lost the space for the rower while we're getting the kitchen done At least should be able to watch some Dark Horse videos |

Had a second attempt at this months C2CTC, 666m. Good improvement on last time with a 2:02.9. 1:32.2 average. Forearms and quads are a bit shaky now. |

No rowing today but I did some strength stuff with the "mobile gym" (4 varied resistance bands and an exercise mat) and I'll be home tomorrow (hopefully) in time to get a session in before bed. Thursday and friday could well be double days.
