Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

@Shades - my files (including that 20yr old spreadsheet) were all there .. it was accessing the software I had problems with. Having found where the programs had been filed, I've now been able to set up shortcuts so I can run Excel etc.

WtnMel - That's a relief, it would be a shame to lose all that important data.

Hope everyone is doing ok.

I did my usual Wednesday morning weight check this morning and there's very little change since I got back from Gran Canaria. Currently 59.65 kgs so I'm hoping to keep it down at that. Will keep up the no snacks regime as that seems to be working.

Usual weigh in day for me too, down by almost 6lb, nearly half way there.

I’m two steps forward, one back. It seems that just one ‘bad’ (can’t think of a better word to describe it, sorry) meal a week totally derails any progress - and the progress is also painfully slow :-(

I’m 2.5lbs lower than at Christmas, but 2lbs heavier than I was mid-January before I did a bit of work travel.
