Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well said yes.

I think you should do what suits you best, Pix. I do a weight check once a week because that's what works for me.

My (weekly) weigh-in showed another -0.5lb.

6lbs down in 6 weeks, 6.5lb to go. Slow, but that will do for me 😀

Well done @annadav

Thank you folks
To confirm that was back in the days when WW set your goal weight. You get free membership once you hit goal as long as you stay within 2-3lb of said weight. If you “fail” then you pay. So I didn’t get to goal and therefore failed and quit because I just wasn’t losing. It was at this point when I was totally obsessed and literally weighed every time I went to the bathroom so it could be 4-5+ times a day.

I think this was why my head says I always fail to lose weight

I’m managing to control my weighing! I've stopped myself several times but the thought is there.

I’m trying to focus on running alone but being a bit more aware of what I’m eating and also how fast I eat!

It’s so hard to change the habits of the last 25-30 years.

Almost 11lb off since leaving work 😮
Also happy that the low from last week has stayed

After a few weeks of up down up down I’m now just under 7lb off since the Christmas high
I’m focusing on the positives!
