Nothing so scientific, not eating breakfast, and no snacking, so two smaller meals per day.
It's taken a while to adjust but i think i'm there now.
Lots of water, no booze either.

Good work Lammo
Trying not too gain too much this week
My pack weighs nearly 10lbs (including water) which is less than the weight I’ve lost this year (15lb) so taking that as a win

Well done Lammo.
Bit of an 'off' week for me last week - too many 'treats' so the weight-loss trend straightened out. But back on it now - and even managed to shift my *arse* out of bed this morning and did a 4ml walk before breakfast.

Great work Lammo:-)
Rosehip: Sounds a good win to me well done:-)
Mel: Back on it for you this week:-)
I stayed the same on Saturday but had lost 2lb week before so have to be patient. Also I am use the magic number from Anita Bean and as I have lost half a stone and a Birthday thought better check figures.......I flipping well lost 67 cals a day!! which was hard to take but glad I found out.
I live for the cooler weather so i can up the distance running again.which will mean a few more calories;-)

So my Outlaw is this weekend - eck! I've already told husband that if I fail due to weather I am going back as I MUST finish this
anyway my plan post outlaw is shift this weight
Did we decide best method is calorie counting? and Anita Bean calculations?
I'm thinking of lots of low HR almost daily training and start doing strength work
Does this sound like a plan?
Will need something to do in week(s) of recovering from Outlaw so want to form a plan I want to get fitter stronger leaner 2023 is my 50th - need to be in the best shape for something challenging whatever that maybe!

I've started again. Was 14st 3lb a week ago, nearly my heaviest ever. Doing a combination of smaller portions/ Joe Wicks recipes/ cutting down on booze. Thursday is my weighing day and I lost 5lbs the first 5 days. Hoping for 3 or 4 more this Thursday. Looking to get down to under 13st.

Excellent work
I think my initial problem will be realising I’m not IM training anymore so don’t need to carry on eating!
