I've been fairly steady at 9st3-4 for a while. That was my original target but there is definitely room for a few more lbs to come off!
I had a couple of "bad food choice" days last week but that doesn't have to be a disaster. This week will be better

Pringles for breakfast OK now I want pringles too. Must take my child for our bike ride to keep me away from the kitchen and burn some calories

well done star!
confession time: I've had a handful of wine gums, as needed an energy kick. Need to sort out my blood sugars/GI stuff as I've got into too many bad habits resulting in big energy crashes. On the plus side, have plotted all today's planned food into MFP and set myself up a new spreadsheet (I do both to apportion calories & exercise across the week rather than aim for the same number each day - much more realistic that way)

ok -so looks like today is the day to get rid of all the not so good food - and have a last supper as it were - might go back on MFP as well.

On the plus side, my two days of eating junk food and drinking more wine that I can process painlessly has left me with renewed resolve not to be such a spanner again.
