good luck Yeti - yeh recent race photies have horrified me as well.
I have a half in 3 weeks and would like to be a couple of lbs down - our schools are due back this week - so hoping being back into a structured routine will help
will re-weigh tomorrow morning and start afresh

shame that i still have quite a bit home baking lurking in plastic tubs!
(peanut butter brownies are lush :-0)

Morning all
According to the spreadie i got down from 135 to 128.5 lbs (that took me 16 weeks) doess't sound a lot) I am back at 135lbs so plan to take action again. So i'm hoping to get back where i was hopefully less than 16 weeks

sorry make that i got dow to 128 lbs (on 2nd May) that took me 22 weeks!!!!!! i have to be better this time

Just looked back on the spreadsheet and I got down from 177lb to 163lb over 14 weeks - 1lb a week average. Starting again today at a shocking 171lb

OK if we're naming and shaming ourselves. I started at 114.5 and fluctuated up and down with the lowest being 109.75. Currently bang on 8st (112lbs??). Not really looking to lose much but would be happier at 108. I always go back up mind so I need to work out a maintenance tactic for when I get down there. Good luck people.
COnfession: I just started this morning with a scone AND a slice of toast....both with butter and jam! Oh dear oh dear!!
