Can I join too? I am 5ft 4 & hover around 8st7. I really want to get down to 8st. Everyone says I look slim but feel a few more lbs off would get me to the elusive sub 70 10 miles and sub 3:30 marathon I'm looking for.

I am reasonably happy with general weight but no matter what I do I cant seem to get rid of my tummy - would love to be one of those people who have flat stomachs. I have suffered from an eating disorder in the past (when I was 17-21) so am very careful to make sure I keep a check on my eating and set a sensible goal.

hiya Jovi :-) Having now met you in the flesh, I would agree with those who say you look slim, but understand that everyone has their 'ideal', so welcome to the thread :-)

Hello Jovi and weedawn, it's great to see so many back on the thread. Are we all feeling huge again, because I can assure you that I am :-o Especially after seeing my holiday photos! not good :-o

I didn't jump on the scales this morning, I would have broken them ;-) no after racing, well running as hard and fast as I can at the moment, after a long run, I always feel very heavy until at least 24 hours after when I'm usually starving, because I've hardly eaten anything on race day, so my weigh in will be on Friday.

Has the spread sheet been updated? I think when I last looked the last date was April, unless I was doing something wrong :-)

I hope everyone has a wonderful week of trying to be good :-)

I've just looked at mine and I appear to have stayed the same for about 2 months! I have had fluctuations up and down along the way though! got a stone to go still!

So I sttod on the scales this morning!

9 stone 5 and a half pounds! So that's my start weight. Want to lose 9 and a half pounds - I am planning to try and stick to 1200 cals with the help of my fitness pal. Think I am going to have to really cut back on my 2 favourites......red wine and crisps for a while.

Was planning to go to Body Pump tonight but sadly I am not feeling well today - so having a rest day at home. Hopefully feel better tomorrow and I can get a run.

Good luck everyone

Dawn x
