It would no doubt, like the pattern questions, be down to demand as there will be a design cost to consider.

With my arthritic hands I think I'd struggle to keep all the fabric of the leggings and the "pull aside pants" free from the flow!! Plus no free hand to keep me steady while squatting down! Much easier just find a secluded spot and pulling everything down. 🤣
