Luckily it looked a lot worse than it felt while I was still hobbling! My thighs were all chafed and bloody! Thing is I’ve run marathons in that skort only last week, I just don’t know why it happened but I never want to repeat it! Thighs still very sore!

I did a three night run event this weekend and for the mara wore my ru runderwear which started chaffing most disconcerting but thankfully dealt with it straight away (thank goodness for sudocream ) didn’t amount to much. But shows that sometimes it can happen. Hope your legs are ok soon.
