However they're a bit loose round the waist and tum and with a sales on am tempted by more capris ( I do like the quality - will mainly be indoor rather than outdoors). Do the stretch or shrink on washing? I have a sneaky suspicion I'm between sizes on Tiki and there are a bargain pair of XS I like.... Any views, ladies?

XS is compressive on me, but that's probably because they're just plain too small round my thighs and bum.

Just taken my Harrier jacket for a run, I wasn’t raining but thought I’d try esp as winter arrived today… it’s Baltic. First impression I’m impressed. The hood has a fold away peak and the 3 way adjustment I can get the hood snug and my face stays outside when I turn to look left or right! Love the zips I put my loaded (very loaded) race vest underneath and could the front pockets with no issue. The pit zips allows access inside the coat too so I could reach side pockets. Longer length over your bum so another big tick. And there is adjustment on the hem so you can cinch it in nice and snug there too. With race pack on there was still masses of room. I possibly could drop down a size but thinking it allows me option to have maybe a jacket underneath if the weather was cold and wet and I’d rather the space than too snug.

I only ask because we've met and I think you are diddier than me! Not that it matters now as I've gone and done it. They'll be great for for dance classes and indoors athletics... if they're not too small. Risk taken!

At sofa-spud weight I probably wouldn't get them past my knees. Could probably even cope with a M in skorts although the waist might be a bit loose. Whereas the XS tops are generous and the S one I've just had delivered is ... generouser.
