hmmm i swim in small running style shorts as i'm not competing for anything it saves on washing
swimming was good again today crowdyness was making me stroke to much no glide and stretch busy today but more freestyle/speed people so easier to get around woop

nice 800m this morning - short and snappy. About 23 mins I think with a bit of a break for a faff at 16 lengths. Tri on sunday so didn't want to go mad. pleasant shoulder burn.
Tapering now.

At 2500m my longest swim ever. Yippee! I need to get coaching for my freestyle though, still rubbish!
Caught up with the thread - my swim was at an indoor pool in Finland and no shorts allowed either, only speedo style briefs

I just bought some speedo tight shorts for £20 but i feel for some reason. They better make me faster or i'll be even more

way to go Cuddy - thats a long swim! same as my longest ever. how did you feel at the end? I was a bit wibbly wobbly. aba - once you're in the pool you won't notice I'm sure.
