Pool swim?
Imagine you'll be OK but just make sure you stop the second you start to feel dizzy or at all perculiar.
Also dry your hair and in your ears!!!

First swim today in months. I still don't drown. Which is good
40 lengths of a 25m pool, front crawl, without stopping. Happy bunny
