Too fast. 90 minutes easy effort, trying to do 6 minutes ks, did 5:49, although it was hilly.

Good work ally-c Today’s (Sunday) long run was 20 miles as planned but unusually for me was all on road/pavement. Choose a route with a good uphill section between miles 6 and 10 and worked to keep the pace up on this climb. Another climb on the way home between 15.5 ish and 17. Negative split on the run was pleasing |
