Bit crap as pulled up with a tight calf so not the miles I’d planned ☹️

swittle
A cool, dry evening 50-minuter along the beach and Burbo Bank [with the help of a lively wind], before heading back through Blundellsands to Crosby Leisure Centre, down the beach, and back to base via the prom and the boating lake trails - very soggy under foot here.

No run yesterday but a nice walk with Mrs Grumpypants. I'm a bit CBA about today but might do a 5k.

Did my 5k when a pal. Invited me to run. Pretty soggy weather but the run was good.

swittle
The drizzle obligingly departed, to improve my 4-miler along the beach to the sea wall and parallel to Liverpool Freeport, where there was evidence of cargo movement. Trails varying from firm to ankle-sloshingly wet took me past Crosby Marina, and I threw in more beach before I got back to base.
