Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Can I say that £30 for a Muse tour t-shirt is a f***ing rip off. No thanks! Spent enough money already. £6 a pint. God help me! 🤨😡 I hope the gig is worth it.

Unless it was a festival I will never see Muse as I have them priced at around £25 in my valuation. I once had a big fallout with Mrs J as she wanted to see RHCP but I valued them at £16. The tickets were £60 so she went alone.

I saw them at Reading Fest a few years ago (Muse) and that was excellent value: lots of other great bands including Elbow and Interpol and they played Origin of Symetry in full. Mindbending light show too.

I'd value RHCP at about 16p ;-)

She also went to Pearl Jam alone as even the offer a free ticket would have meant spending £6 to park the car so I dropped her off and went for a run.

Funny, I saw them at the Brighton Centre about 2005ish? The sound was awful. They were dreadful. Totally loved them at Reading though. Must've been 2011 or 2012ish I guess.

Dibble - yeah that was the first time I saw Frank. I went with my eldest - he was really CBAed about seeing FT but once he saw him he was a convert and he's a really big fan now :-)
