Shame about Slaves as they are as good a band live as Ive seen. Circa Waves however are great fun and will be a good replacement.

After Glastonbury a few years ago my son told me he'd seen Slaves and that I'd love them, he was right but I've not managed to see them yet, probably because I hardly go to gigs these days. On which point...

I have my first of the year on Saturday; Canadian polka-punk outfit The Dreadnoughts at New Cross Inn :-)
