Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I am treating to myself to The Wonder Stuff in Manchester in November. Playing their first 2 albums in full and some stuff off their latest album. And to top it all off they are being supported by Jimbob from Carter USM

Oooh - I'm very envious of that. I saw TWS at The Forum a few years back, having never seen them at the time. I saw Carter LOADS of times in the day, including headlining at Glastonbury, but also saw their last ever gig in Brixton a couple of years ago.

The Wonder Stuff was one of the hottest gigs I have ever been to. A lad in front of me was shirtless and I was bounced into him by the crowd surge behind me. I just slipped straight off him, like one of those water slides that people make by pouring water onto a huge plastic sheet.

The Sandkings and Neds Atomic Dustbin had been the support.

I saw the Wonder Stuff many moons ago at Walsall football stadium (I think - could have been Wolves). Vic and Bob came on stage and they did Dizzy. :-)

I saw the Wonder Stuff support The Levellers a few years back, and i have seen Carter 3 times.

I think it may have been the Bescott you saw the Wonder Stuff, Quimby, as they are from Walsall and i recall they did a "farewell gig" there many moons ago

£30 a ticket off the Wonder Stuff website and you get a download of the new album when it is released in October. Or a CD if you pay an extra tenner
