I nap according to Garmin. Or laying in the sofa watching the Telly, napping says Garmin hopefully it will evolve a bit after the beta FW.

I don't generally get fake sleep other than possible early start/ late end when I'm still in bed before/ after sleeping but not asleep (that didn't happen today though).

K5 Gus Dec 2023 4:31pm, 14 Dec 2023 5,998 posts	0 K5 Gus My phone sometimes announces lap splits out loud, and other times it doesn't - I've searched both watch settings and phone app settings before, and couldn't find any setting to do with a phone announcing anything. To my logocal mind, it's very annoying that it appears to be random, as I know that something has been programmed somewhere to do it under certain circumstances.........
