Ah-ha! As well as the update, I had changed the primary target from next event to my real target - Lakeland 50 I think that because Garmin can’t deal with a target pace of anything over 15 minute miles it wasn’t creating a suggestion. Changing back to June’s 50k has put it back again. The predicted times for the two 50 ish K events are silly quick, but it was suggesting course record pace for the 50 miler. Garmin doesn’t deal with ultra training/planning well at all. |

Ah! I was just popping in here to see if you could get any advice, Rosehip. Seeing as I was no help on the other Garmin thread. Sounds like the algorithm doesn't work for ultras.

I have just had a look at today’s run, it now includes vertical ratio, vertical oscillation and grounf contact time. I didn’t wear the hr strap today, so that’s all from the watch. No idea how accurate it is and it’ll all be skewed by run-walk, but it’s more prety coloured graphs to look at! |

No both my walk to and from work were gobbled up more or less right away as usual Off for a run just now though so will see about that one in a hour when i get back nothing on their status page either connect.garmin.com |

Looks like it was a phone connection issue. Restarting phone has sorted.
