That looks lovely GG.
No, I'm not at all envious. Not even in the slightest.

Not. One. Bit.

Something that's been discussed a bit here is the O₂SAT monitor.
Given my recent history, it would be useful to me to have that on all day, and then be able to review the results over time - is there a straightforward way to do that?
Even better, have it notify me if it drops below a specified threshold - say 96% or whatever.

Andy ClawS Is Coming To Town not sure about it alerting you but when I had Covid back in nov 2020 and whatever I had in the Jan/feb I switched pulse ox on permanently and I could keep an eye on stats the doctors were also interested in looking at the numbers too.

On the 6 its jn the watch menu under sensors and accessories you’ll find pulse ox click into it then you can change to all day. In garmin connect you can see daily stats doesn’t seem to do week/month view though.

Thanks GG - I'm more and more tempted (my F5X doesn't have a pulse ox, so I have to put on a clunky end of the finger one every so often, which is a pain)

GG, interesting you should say that about Covid. My Garmin told me I was unwell before I officially knew I was +ve. Look at this for the Stress figures (that morning I was -ve), and then a day later I tested +ve.

The below was from yesterday, which is more usual for me.

(not sure why one graph has the body battery data and the other one doesn't, but it is the orange I was looking at).

The watch is good for that I knew I was pushing myself last month my stress levels & RHR were both elevated.

Gosh! How does it calculate the stress? Is it to do with heart rate?

Heart rate variability I think, mainly. Could well be wrong though.

Not sure but it’s so good I was so annoyed and stressed at work on Wednesday and you could see it peak on the watch.

245 has stress so no need for Fenix for that. Not sure whether lower models have it as well.
