My little sister used to have a toy gramophone that tinkled out the tune, and I knew what the tune was called from the label on the little plastic "record". What: Some running, some walking, optimistic about getting outdoors because I've managed it every day this week. And maybe some strength training. Last hard: Parkrun on Saturday. Next hard: After the ice has melted, whenever that might be.

Still -3, having warmed up from -7 overnight. I have been to yesterday's place, notably for the 2014 Commonwealth Games which, despite being in August, was either freezing cold or extremely wet! And I have been to today's destination, including managing to get lost at parkrun!

Ended up at Rother valley and lots of the gravel track was icy. Around -1 to -2 towards end of run. physio strength exercises in the evening Why - Achilles getting stronger
