I think I'd better join again! I will be following weight watchers as of today but I will officially weigh in on a friday. I'm hoping that by losing some weight it will help me run faster in 2013! |

Just got round to putting myself on spreadsheet - don't like my number much ![]() One thing I will be tackling this time round is my obsessive daily weighing. I will be grappling with much will power to weigh in once a week only. |

Hello .. hope you don't mind if I join you? *waves* I been recording my weight for a few years now and have seen it go up and down. I had been losing a little weight before xmas but have put on a few extra pounds over the last couple of weeks. So I think I need the motivation of being in a group like this to help me keep on the downward trend .. and the 'shame' of having to 'fess up when I hit the buffers! ![]() I will try accessing the spreadsheet later on (am at work at the moment). |

This is a fitbit Hipps, its basically a pedometer which you wear all day to give you a guide on how many calories you've used so you can more accurately work out what you need to be eating to lose weight healthily. amazon.co.uk I've got a good idea of my burn rate on a sedentary day (studying = not moving much) to a day when I never sit down so at least I've had the benefit of it but gutted I'd rather have given it away than lose it ![]() Back on track so far today, 1 weetabix for breakfast as I'm on leave studying do I know I'll be snacking. Lovely home cooked ham & coleslaw sandwich & think I'll get some salmon out for tea. Mmmmm. Current plan is no wine tonight but we'll see, I prefer to cut down than out as for me moderation is key. |
