I invested in a fitbit a few months ago and lost the darn thing last night
I don't need it, it's served it's purpose I know know what my average calorie burn is & my almost sedentary burn is (lots of studying has mrs y my much moving) but if rather have given it away than lost it
I'm sticking with MFP it allows me to eat within my allotted calories and as long as I eat regular healthy meals with a few snacks it works, what dies t work is being at home & not eating regularly then snacking in bloody Pringles washed fine with copious amounts of wine. Stillsst least I know what I need to rectify.
