Happy New Year everyone, I have added myself to the list I will update my weight on weigh day. While I'm trying to lose weight I am only going to be doing a monthly weigh in, in an effort to stop being paranoid about every morsel, hopefully this wont mess everything up.

I think my scales must be broken, but then I try my jeans on and realise they are probably telling the truth!
I'm need to deal with my sugar addiction so I think I'm going to try dropping my carbs. Will try low carb most of the time but I will have to eat them on long ride days/running race days.
I hate the way I feel at this weight and running feels nasty, so time to take some control over it

I didnt believe ny pre chrimbo weight either Clothes dont quite fit as they did and as for my race pics-oh dear
This time last year i was very ill, so had lost a fait bit

I have asked fetch if he can change the header - daft techno chicky!! The power of copy and past, near broke fetch!!
Right! after looking at WW - I am sticking with SW, as I can batch cook stuff for when I am back to work - I love their menus however I won't be going to back to classes so will WI at home... I know that this has to come from me!!
Today's menu and offerings...
Breakfast 1/2 a red grapefruit- 35g fruit and fibre and no fat yoggie Lunch Salad sandwich
main meal - SW Rogan josh with my left over lamb, packed with ginger and spinach - brown rice.
Just walked the dog just over 3 miles, she's pulled and dragged me today, really poor on the lead, not sure if was the fireworks last night or she's just a bit cranky - But I have had to come back and have two pain killers for my back - not sure I can walk her on the lead like that again - I can't have my back going again.... so I think once it dries up a bit the fields are far better for both of us.....
Planning is the only way I can keep on track - big food shop being done tomorrow - I have a little stock of Joe's sausages - which a great tea.
