Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I often make SW quiches - which are basically low fat cottage cheese as much veg as you can cram in it (obviously you can add fish, lean meat or even potato etc) and egg it's like a fat omlette - but is great cold in a lunch box or hot even with salad - or oven baked sweet potato as wedges.

My big problem is because I am now community based, my meals need to be either in a car or eating in coffee shops that have wifi. This is really hard not having a base at the moment - Sandwiches have been the main lunch for the last 6 months with a bag of crisps -

Soups are fab I have a very good flask now and apron in my car!! I have spilled tomato and chillii soup down myself on more than one occasion!
I really enjoy a tuna pasta salad - not too much pasta lots of salady bits - but this does take forever to eat!!

I did a ride this morning, just over 40 miles. Need to do a little run shortly but my arse is stuck to the sofa.

I don't really eat much bread or crisps, I tend to have a lot of soups for lunch. I'm going to try bean type salads instead for a while, and swap my porridge for banana and berries in fat free Greek yoghurt
