But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Well I re-weighed this morning which just confirmed the number. I had been hoping it was a blip :)

Today was not great. Breakfast and dinner was OK but went to a friends for lunch and there was cheese and cheesecake (not together).

Oh I'm so tired of peeing. All that extra glucose is now being consumed from storage off my muscles and it's releasing a waterfall of fluid my body wants to get rid of. I could use a night where I could sleep without waking and running to the loo. Sorry, too much information.

Lunch chicken salad small wrap 8 syns

Super grilled pork chop, sweet potato, peas, mushrooms and courgettes

nescafe mocha 4 syns :-o

No exercise today spent most of the day sorting out boring accounts grrrr

Was doing fine til I fell into the tin of poverty street :-/

I'm in! Going to religiously log my grub in my net diary app. A glass of wine s a bit eye watering and that s a 125ml serving (must be a child's portion my wine glasses are for big girls)
