Kind of looking forward to getting back home tomorrow so I can get on the scales. Need to see the damage that a week in Cornwall has done 😬

but a week in Cornwall is to be enjoyed SW, focus when you're home and enjoy when you're away then refocus when home.

0.1kg is tiny Linds but hope the stress disappears soon

Had a bit of a wake-up call yesterday ..

I've promised myself some Paramo waterproof trousers for a number of years and yesterday, finally got around to ordering them (have had a Paramo waterproof coat for a number of years and it's been great).

When I measured myself before ordering, I was a bit shocked to find my waist has increased to 40" (having been 38" for a few years). The Paramo 'fit' may be a bit generous and I may get away with the next size down (38") but even so, it made me even more aware how the weight has crept on lately.

0.1kg really is nothing Linds. Don't let it affect you. Hope the stress eases.

I had a similar thing before Christmas WtnMel!

Glad it's not just me sallykate! I did notice Paramo also sell braces - I'll bear those in mind if I manage to shrink my waistline, so the trousers don't fall down ;)

Pam runs
I jumped onto the scales today and there was a 9 at the start instead of a 10.

Hopefully it's still a 9 on Monday official weigh day. 🤔

That's my next goal for me Pam! Won't happen before we go away on holiday but the nearer I can get to it, the happier I will be :)
My hubby was the opposite WtnMel! He's not overweight but I had noticed he's looking a bit trimmer round the waist lately and this was confirmed when he was looking for light coloured jeans for holiday and Next only had a smaller size in the length he needed but he tried them on anyway and they fitted perfect!
