Beautiful pics, @DQ!
Right, in my usual habit of overthinking, I have worked out a fitness programme.
Four visits per week to the leisure centre: one swim, the Functional Fitness class and two gym sessions. For the gym sessions, I’m going to find the weight for each exercise at which I can do at least 6 reps, but can’t do 12 without a rest. I’ll do a total of 12 reps, and adjust the weight in line with the previous sentence, so I’ll always be working hard but not stupid hard. That should be time-efficient. I’ve bought myself a little notebook to keep track of the weights.
The aforementioned to be supplemented with plenty of general movement and walking (aiming to meet the Apple Watch activity goals every day), and ad hoc balance/flexibility exercises through the day.
I’ll weigh at home most days, and update the spreadsheet on a Friday. I’ll do the Boditrax at the gym on a Monday morning. And I’ll use the feedback from the glucose sensor I’ve just applied to adjust my carb intake.
Right, what’s next?

That looks very snowy DQ
We have bright blue skies here it tried to snow last night left a few flakes which quickly froze it was still icy underfoot at lunchtime.
RevB that looks very thought out and organised I’m sure you’ll add to your plan as you progress. Thanks

Morning, well done on the losses.
Sounds like you are focused Rev.
Down 1lb so happy with slow and steady. I have increased my gym work so think that’s helping.
Don’t like driving in the snow so no gym today but will wear my trail shoes and see what the pavements are like for either a nice walk or a gentle run.
Keep at it folks.

Well done LG sounds like you’ve got a good routine going.
After stepping on the scales last night and getting the fright of my life I stepped on this morning pleased to say I haven’t put on 3lb why do I do these things to myself! Once a week is enough ….

I have managed to quit that habit GG as it was doing bad things mentally to me. Once a week is enough and if I’ve not been good then I expect a gain and nobody to blame but myself.

I go through phases and had pretty much stopped other than doing a weight check now I’m hopping on multiple times a day. Own worst enemy.

I'm weighing every day this week, just curious to see what the daily variations are, but then I'll go back to weekly.

I'm on mornings every morning I have noticed that if I don't it normally coincides with me going off track which means that I "don't want to know what damage I have done" and this ends up in a landslide of days weeks or even months of "not caring"

I also know that if I do weigh at night my morning weight will be at least 2lb lighter!
