Morning. I'm delighted (and pleasantly surprised) with a 6lb loss last week. I've been strict with sticking to the principles of the BSD and did more exercise than usual on the weekend. Mr GM suggested we got a takeaway on TWO nights last week and on both occasions I aid he could but I didn't want to. He didn't in the end either
9 weeks to the wedding!!

Wow, GM, that’s stunning!
Today’s email says a loss of 2.3lb last week, more than happy with that. Onwards and downwards! I just hope this cough/cold starts to ease off soon, because I had another night of being downstairs for an hour last night, sigh.

Just to add - in each of January and February, I showed a weight gain on 7 days. In January, I showed a loss on 21 days (and there were 3 when I couldn’t weigh). In February, I showed a loss on 16 days (and there were 5 when I couldn’t weigh).
Nett loss over the 2 months - a stone and 2lb.

Congratulations, both! I'm amazed by the results you get on that 'diet', GM. Do you find you put weight back on when you stop doing it though? Or does it change your eating habits?

Well done on some amazing losses. Impressive stuff.
I am up a couple of lbs due to OH's birthday over the weekend but, to be honest we had such a lovely family dinner out that I can't bring myself to regret it, sometimes the extra calories are worth it and I'm sure that gain is just a blip and will go again this week now I'm back on the straight and narrow. Feeling bizarrely zen and positive despite the gain.
